Since you arrive after 6 p.m., we have deposited your key card in our Digibox(left side of the main entrance Heilgeiststr. 50). To get to your key card, please give the first 4 numbers of your postcode specified during the reservation (if your postcode begin with a 0, take the last 4 digits) on the dial display of our Digibox and confirm with the diamond button (#). (Left side in the main entrance Heilgeiststr. 50) When booking with more than one room, there are the other key card (s) in the room. The door for the key card opens after entering the code (zip code #).

Please go to our side entrance - large glass front - (Badstüber Str. - if you are standing in front of the hotel (historic old building) turn right around the corner). The wall reader for the key card is to the left of the glass door.

Rooms 1 - 4 & 12 are on the 1st floor (up the large staircase)

Rooms 5 - 9 are on the 2nd floor (up the large staircase)

Rooms 10 & 11 are on the ground floor

(through the heavy glass door straight ahead then left)

Go to the clinker house (if you are standing in front of the historic old building, take Heilgeiststr. towards the city center). The transponder that opens the entrance using your key card is on the mailbox.

Rooms 101-109 are on the 1st floor

Rooms 201-209 are on the 2nd floor

Rooms 301-309 are on the 3rd floor

To take the elevator, hold the key card to the transponder in the elevator and then select your floor.

Your room number is on the card cover.

Information about breakfast:

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the new building.

The reception is located at Heilgeiststr. 44/45

Opening hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you have any problems with the Digibox, please contact the "Zapfbar" in the basement of the historic building from 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays to Sundays.
